Our company has established since 4th October last year. It’s a good opportunity for us to growing our business in Thailand.
We pass through an awesome year and develop our support to be more match and suitable for Thai market. As we continue supporting our value clients, we also don’t stop to improving our business.
To strengthen our core value or company's DNA is another important point!
We’ve planed to organize our company’s annual kick-off in a different way. Not only to celebrate company’s established day, but also to strengthen our internal relationship as well.
Started with, wrap Up and planning Strategy for next year, Organization genetic analysis workshop, Communication between Japanese and Thai staffs workshop for day 1.
There're gaps between Japanese and Thai working culture. However, we should be openminded and fulfill those gaps with adaptabilities.
On the 2nd day, we were more focusing on the individual feedback workshop, which could help us to improve our GOOD and MORE points. In this workshop, helped create a better understanding on how others thinking about us. Once we could understand the 相手軸 (Aite-Jiku) or try to think on other’s perspective, it could help us work together more smoothly.
We finished our annual kick-off meeting with set a plan and Goal for next year individually, but most important thing is how we can achieve our individual Goal together!
To do this kind of meeting outside of our usual working space once in a while, allow us to know each other more and create more broad ideas during the meeting as well.
In the end of the day, it is not only how we could gain more profit but more on how we could grow together as a better organization and ready for more challenges to come...
