Aite-jiku
  • Deliver the necessary information to the other person considering what the other person will do after receiving your information
  • Consider the other person's emotional reaction before saying something
  • Tell what you want to say without considering the other person's situation
  • Talk just one-side and think you have fulfilled your responsibility

Purpose Based
  • Based on the purpose, set a goal and consider the processes to achieve it
  • Think flexibly about the method to reach the goal
  • Pick up a method which is just easy for you and make it more important than its purpose
  • Stick to what's in front of you without seeing the purpose and the goal

Think Logical
  • The issue is clear and has corresponding conclusions, grounds, and facts.
  • Conclusion comes first when speaking
  • Talk a lot but no conclusion
  • Don't face facts, think based on your own beliefs

Make Output
  • Focusing on output and design the process to make it
  • Can take the initiative and ask for support from others
  • Be a “Commentator” and satisfied with just making comments
  • Waiting for someone who make output instead of you

Disclosure & Feedback
  • Disclose yourself in order to have others understand you.
  • Make and receive feedback with other members.
  • Don’t make effort to make others understand you
  • Don’t acknowledge the others’ feedback as an objective opinion.

Acknowledge & Celebrate

  • See other members' achievements positively and celebrate them.
  • Pay no attention to the work of other members.
  • Point out improvements to the other member's achievements before celebrating them
