1. Why the human development is important in the company?

Boy : The image of training is similar to the knowledge in University. Training program in organization is way to giving a knowledge to employee. Encourage employee to learn new thing or thing that they do not know. Or if they are already know it chance to update and develop them again. According to learned knowledge It will be a result to develop company to have a better efficiency. Many time some company miss to develop people such as when you promote someone to new position. Ex Promoted to management level due to service year and performance. But employee may not have a good management skill. Therefore company should put skill to fill gap. They can work effectively and serve what company need.

Waew: I always believe that the organization will be able to drive and it depends on the skills and development of the employees. The more people within the company can train, the more they can lay the foundation of their skills. This will be able to increase the efficiency of the organization to be better as well I believe that whether organizing training for employees to practice hard skills or soft skills, it is something that organizations should be focusing on. They also must keep updating that skill to keep up with the current situation as well.
           Sometimes, some organizations may not attach importance to personnel development training within the organization as they should. Paying attention to the human development internally, will not only enhance their skills but also motivation to their work as well.

2. How to start thinking about training inside the company? for those who are not sure how to start planning for training, how can they start?

Waew:Many times, customers don't know where to start. For me, I believe that if the organization can see internal problems that occur first, such as doing a survey within each department, each part that wants to organize training. What skills should be strengthened in the most first It will help the training to get to the point. Rather than thinking about a topic or a topic that may be a theme in each year's training. Because after training, if you do not go to the point, the results will not be visible as expected.
           As many organizations may have a problem, why they did the training already and can't see the turning point of the staffs. The reason may be that the training is not relevant to the issue that could be the changing point. For example, in the service of the HRI company, if the customer still cannot conclude the issue or problem that needs to be solved into the training plan, We are happy to give advice and help as a medium for planning training arrangements as well.

Boy: Training Plan should create from objective and company’s goal such as company direction, human resource type or what kind of skill and ability that company needs. Second, is the short term training which is design to solve or develop the current situation.

3. How can HRI support on client’s training plan?

Customer can consult or explain their problems and we can customize contents to match with company’s situation. Other than training courses, we also have consulting service to provide the idea to company to setup the training plan as well.

Waew:It's not just about organizing training sessions by topic. but also give a word about the development of personnel in the organization in all aspects. In which the training we will have a lot of exercises and workshops, in order to understanding the content and you can practice and do it.            After completing the course, the opinions of many participants that can see and understand themselves better. It's important to understand where they need to improve. So that next time they can improve themselves better. We are very happy to see the change in our customers. Even if it's just for a short time in training but from the beginning of the course to the end, I can see the change which it's a very satisfying role as a Trainer.

Boy: One of our success is the Cross cultural communication course. We have an opportunity to create the training for Japanese whose never work in Thailand before. So, he can understand the way of thinking and working method of Thai people. For Thai members also can understand Japanese way of thinking and why they work or thinking that way. Improve on thinking and communication way which can improve their work to become more effective.

5. Trend of the training this year, what issue you got the most from client hearings

Boy: Firstly, the training style will change to online base. For the content it will be more in communication (Internal communication and communication between Thai and Japanese) Because many company think that communication is fundamental and important thing. If you have a good communication, it can decrease issues. And good communication also can expand more viewpoints which brings to efficiency work environment.

Waew:Most of them are in the matter of communication within the organization, between Thai and Japanese. Understanding each other in terms of working style, which has a lot of different gaps. If the organization can lay the foundation for understanding the communication in the organization of both parties. It will help for the working to be more efficient.
